Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).

2.2 Contact form

When you contact us via our form, we collect: name, e-mail address, facility (optional) and message content. This data is stored on our server and used exclusively to process your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

2.3 Customer data as part of the monitoring service

Within the contractual relationship we process: name and address of the customer, e-mail addresses and mobile numbers of the alarm contacts, as well as technical status data of the monitored system (no personal reference). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

2.4 Demo access

For prospective customers, we offer a time-limited demo access to the customer dashboard. During this trial, prospects may enter their own contact details (phone number, e-mail address) to test the alerting process. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject). This data is automatically deleted no later than 30 days after the demo period expires.

4. Disclosure of Data

Personal data is not disclosed to third parties, with the following exception: for SMS delivery we use seven.io (seven communications GmbH & Co. KG, Germany) as well as Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) as a fallback provider. In this context, the mobile numbers of the alarm contacts are transmitted exclusively for the purpose of delivering the SMS.

5. Retention Period

Contact inquiries are deleted after processing, at the latest after 12 months. Customer data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter in accordance with statutory retention obligations (generally 10 years). Contact data entered as part of a demo access is automatically deleted no later than 30 days after the demo period expires.
